Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower florets – 4 cups
  • Olive oil 
  • Sea salt 
  • Pepper 
  • Wild rice – 1 cup 
  • Cold water – 8 cup 
  • Slivered almonds – ½ cup
  • Chopped mint – ¼ cup
  • Golden raisins (optional) – ¼ cup.

  • Mild bulk pork sausage – 1 pound
  • Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Chopped onions, medium – 2
  • Chopped green peppers, medium – 2
  • Reduced-sodium beef bouillon granules – 2 teaspoons
  • Boiling water – 2 cups
  • Seeded and finely minced jalapeno peppers – 1 to 2

Step 1: Cook the sausage, garlic and cumin powder in a large skillet over medium heat until the pinkness of the meat vanishes. Drain the liquid. Add green peppers and onion to the chicken and sauté until that nice crispness has been achieved.

  • Garlic cloves, minced – 2 
  • All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  • Chicken broth – 3 cups
  • Half-and-half cream – 2 cups
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried rosemary, crushed – ½ teaspoon
  • Cooked turkey or chicken, cubed – 2 cups

Step 1: Combine rice and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Immediately reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 30 minutes.
